Our Two-Stories come in either a shed package (with a standard shed floor and double doors) or a garage package (with a heavier floor and an overhead garage door)! Both styles include a built in staircase up to the second floor. Now also available with a Cape Cod style roof (shown in photo 3)!
The first floor of your two-story building will be delivered assembled. Once the first floor is set in place, our craftsmen will assemble the second floor on site. Normal assembly time is 5-7 hours. Complete on-site assembly is also available if you do not have delivery access.
