10X14 Pavilion in CT

This 10X14 Pavilion is located at our Berlin location.  If you are looking for a great way to accent your yard while adding shade and protection from the elements, then the pavilion is the way to go.  Pavilions are available with or without a floor in sizes that range from 8x8 to 20x32 in both wood and low maintenance vinyl. Stock unit sold as is.

Wood – All wood pavilions have 5 ¼”X5 ¼” glue laminated posts milled after lamination for a beautiful finish.  All of the wood is pressure treated yellow pine and can be left natural or treated with a stain depending on preference; stain is available in 4 different colors.

Vinyl – All vinyl pavilions are made with had selected #1 grade pressure treated lumber wrapped in a beautiful low maintenance vinyl. The upside to vinyl is that it NEVER needs to be painted and will not crack or splinter.  The flooring on the vinyl series is a composite with 5 colors to choose from.

All pavilions have the option for Savannah Posts, (which are shown in the one we have on display) or with stone pillars. Those that are ordered with a floor have the option for sliding screens as well as fixed screens.

Once you are inside the pavilion and look up you will notice gorgeous 1x8 tongue and groove Eastern white pine which grants an unparalleled amount of character while having a clean look.
