Unique engineered base allows use of full length 2 x 6 joists for greater floor stability and minimum site preparation.Gazebos are engineer reviewed and manufactured to meet and exceed 2000 IBC codes, which require all buildings to withstand 30 lb. per ft. snow load, 60 lb. per sq. ft. floor load, and 90 MPH winds.
Our Wood Gazebos Include:
- Cupola
- 30-year architectural shingles or cedar shakes
- Spindles above door
- 2 x 3 turned spindles
- Laminated 4 x 4 posts
- 2x 6 Decking
- 4 x 4 Runners
Jack rafters are used in the center of roof sections, increasing strength and stability versus the use of double rafters in corners.
Full Length Cupola
A full length cupola on an oval gazebo gives maximum ventilation.
The use of a true rafter with a notch gives a natural eave appearance.
Our step in gazebo serves three purposes:
- Simply to lower height for ease of access
- Allows full brace section above opening greatly increasing strength
- For appearance purpose, keeping all top sections the same
Post notching system and base design allows post to unite into base for a very solid fit and strength second to none. This system allows a floor design with very minimum amount of screws in the floor for a nice, clean appearance.
Flooring is 2x6 pressure treated with composite rhino deck option.
Bottom rail sections and top brace sections are designed for appearance and maximum strength
