"How does delivery work? Do I need to do any site preparation?"

Here at Pine Creek Structures, we offer FREE delivery for the first 20 miles from the sales location where you purchase the building. After the initial 20 miles, we charge a small fee per mile (depending on the width of your building). Standard deliveries are made with a truck and trailer. If you have tight access or other tough delivery conditions, choose delivery with our Shed Mule (for an additional fee). See our shed mule in action here!

When you place your order, let us know if you're ready for the building right away or not. When your structure is ready, our dispatch department will contact you to set up a delivery date. Please note: We do our best to keep delivery appointments, but sometimes things come up. Deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather, difficult deliveries earlier in the day, or equipment malfunctions. We'll do our best to notify you if any of these issues occur!

At Pine Creek Structures, all of our sheds must be placed on a foundation of a minimum of 4 inches of 2B stone. If this minimum requirement is not met, the building’s 6-Year Top To Bottom Warranty is voided. A prepared, level site is the responsibility of the purchaser. It should extend a foot extra on each side of the building (If your shed is 10x12, prepare a 12x14 area). Also make sure the area is truly level, not just to the eye! The pad must be perfectly level, square, and without rises or voids over the entire pad. If your shed isn't placed on a level site, the doors won't open/close properly. For modular buildings especially, we highly recommend a professionally prepared site for a successful installation.

Make sure your site is ready for your structure on delivery day. Ensure there is adequate accessibility to your structure’s site for delivery and that all obstacles (such as fences or tree limbs) has been removed. Check with your local sales manager on the necessary requirements for getting your specific structure to your site. If you're really unsure about your site, we can come out to your property to do a site check if necessary.

Talk to us about any concerns/questions you have about delivery when you place your order. Pine Creek Structures does not prepare sites, however each manager has a list of local contractors to help you in this process. For more site preparation information, visit our Delivery and Site Prep webpage.

Frequently Asked Questions

"I have no idea what size shed I need. Can you help?"

Yes! A sales representative can help you determine the best size for you. Our stores each have a variety of building sizes that you can look at to see just how big or small they really are in person. We recommend making a list of all the items you intend to store inside your new building. You can also mark out a space in your yard and add all the items inside to see how well everything fits inside. Remember to consider any future purchases such as lawn equipment, tools, children's items, toys, bicycles, atv's, pool toys/supplies, and holiday decorations. We also recommend that you consider getting a shed slightly larger than what you initially think you need. Once you have your shed, you may realize you want to put more inside than your originally thought. Many customers come back a year or so later and say they wish they would have gotten a bigger shed!

"What kind of siding is the least/most expensive?"

LP Smart Side is the your least expensive option. Vinyl siding will be just slightly more. LP Board 'N' Batten siding is equal to vinyl siding. Traditional Board 'N' Batten siding is more expensive than Vinyl and LP, but is less expensive than Cedar and Log siding. LP Shiplap siding is equal to Traditional Board 'N' Batten siding. Cedar siding and Log siding will be the most expensive options due to the high level of detail they require.

"My HOA requires specific colors. Do you have these colors available?"

Yes! You can see all of our color options on our Color Guide. If you don't see the perfect color for you, we can custom order the right color for you in most cases! However this may cost an additional fee. If you have specific color matching needs, we recommend that you bring in a sample/swatch when you visit our store. This will allow you to compare it to our physical color swatches.

"What style will give me the most overhead room?"

If it's overhead room you're looking for, we recommend our Dutch Barns. Because of the roof design, they offer a great deal of room inside. We can even build a loft inside the building for you!

"What size doors does my storage shed come standard with?"

Most storage sheds include a double door standard (or a single door when space is limited). Typically a 6' wide building includes a 36" single door, a 8' wide building includes a 48" double door, a 10' wide building includes a 60" double door, and a 12' or 14' wide building includes a 72" double door.

This may vary in some building styles. For example, cape cod style sheds include a double door and a single door and one-car garages include and overhead door and a single door.

Ask your local store manager about the doors your building includes. Because we manufacture the buildings we sell, you have the ability to customize your new shed or garage with ease!

"I need storage space, but can't spend a lot. Any suggestions?"

At Pine Creek Structures, we pride ourselves in providing quality structures with superior construction. Unlike some of our competitors, our structures are built to last. However, we also offer an economy line called our Madison Series, available in peak, dutch, and mini barn styles. They are ideal for the frugal buyer because they are built more economically. Learn more about the differences between our Heavy Duty and Madison buildings here.

"What is the difference between a 'shed' and a 'garage'?"

Our heavy duty sheds are built for general storage use, while garages are specially designed for heavier items and easy driving in and out.

Sheds usually include a double door standard. Garages include an overhead door and a single door. Our garage doors operate with torsion springs for quiet and smooth operation.

Sheds floors are built with pressure-treated floor joists spaced 16" on center and a 5/8” coated engineered floor sheeting. Garage floors are built with pressure-treated floor joists spaced 12" on center  and 3/4” tongue & groove coated engineered floor sheeting. Garages also include a 6-inch solid reinforcement at the floor framing's impact point at the overhead door. (Garages also have the option to upgrade to 2x8 pressure-treated tongue and groove flooring. We recommend this upgrade in cases where you intend to drive in and out of the garage daily.)

Standard shed sizes range from 6x6 to 14x40. Standard one-car garage sizes range from 12x16 to 14x40 and two-car modular garage sizes range from 20x24 to 24x40.

"Can I change/add ________ on my building?"

Absolutely! Because we build the storage sheds and garages we sell, Pine Creek Structures specializes in custom structures. We offer hundreds of optional upgrades to add to your building, such as:

• Ridge vents and gable end vents
• Cupola and weather vanes
• Extra or larger windows
• Insulated windows
• Concession windows and counters
• Extra or larger doors
• French doors or sliding patio doors
• House doors with house lock set and deadbolt
• Overhead doors with or without windows
• Ramps
• Diamond Tread Plates
• Porches, railing, and composite decking
• Shelving, Lofts, Workbenches, and Pegboard
• Electrical packages and features (lights, receptacles, ceiling fans, baseboard heaters, etc.)
• Interior finishing (in various states and options)

If you don't see the option you desire, just ask! We can often custom design what you are looking for. View some of our most popular options online here!

"I need a Rent To Own or financing option. Is that possible with my building?"

Yes, in most cases. We offer a 36-month Rent To Own program with no credit check. While most structures are eligible for Rent To Own, some are not (including, but not limited to buildings over $9000.00, 2-story buildings, modular buildings, buildings without a floor, and buildings to be used as a residence (cabins)).

We also offer financing programs, including a 84-month, 10.99% financing program. Other financing options may also be available. Financing requires a credit check, but has far fewer limitations to buildings it can be used to pay for.

Available rent to own and financing programs may vary from store to store.

Learn more about all the retails of our rent to own and financing programs here!

"How does delivery work?"

Pine Creek Structures offers FREE delivery for the first 20 miles from the store where you purchase your building. After the initial 20 miles, we charge a small fee per mile (depending on the width of your building).

When you place your order, let us know if you're ready for the building right away or not. When your structure is ready, our dispatch department will contact you to set up a delivery date.

Make sure your site is ready for your structure on delivery day. Ensure that adequate access is available to your structure’s site for delivery and that all obstacles (such as fences or tree limbs) has been removed. Check with your local sales manager on the necessary requirements for getting your specific structure to your site. If you are unsure about your site, we can come out to your property to do a site check if necessary.

Talk to us about any concerns/questions you have about delivery when you place your order. Pine Creek Structures does not prepare sites, however each manager has a list of local contractors to help you in this process. For more site preparation information, visit our Delivery and Site Prep webpage.

"I do not have access for a building to be brought in. Can you build it here?"

Yes, We can build your structure on site! Let us know when you request your quote and we can let you know the price. In some cases, you may actually be able to bring your structure in already built with our Shed Mule. Unlike a traditional truck and trailer delivery, our Shed Mule allows sheds to be moved into tight access areas and across rough or uneven terrain. Learn more about delivery and our Shed Mule here.

"Do I need to do any site preparation?"

Our structures must be placed on a foundation of a minimum of 4 inches of 2B stone. If this minimum requirement is not met, the building’s 6-Year Top To Bottom Warranty is voided. A prepared, level site is the responsibility of the purchaser. Pine Creek Structures does not prepare sites, however each manager has a list of local contractors to help you in this process. For detailed site preparation information, visit our Delivery and Site Prep webpage. Depending on your structure, your local county, township, or municipality may also have site pad or placement requirements.

A prepared site should extend a foot extra on each side of the building (If your shed is 10x12, prepare a 12x14 area). Also make sure the area is truly level, not just to the eye! The pad must be level, square, and without rises or voids over the entire pad. If your shed is not placed on a level site, the doors will not open/close properly. For modular buildings especially, we highly recommend a professionally prepared site for a successful installation.

"Do I need a permit?"

Maybe. Many areas now require permits for an outdoor structure. Your local county, township, or municipality officials can provide you with information regarding any state, county, or township requirements. Many homeowners associations also have size or aesthetic requirements. We are not responsible for making sure that your building meets your local regulations, but will gladly help you design one that meets the requirements you inform us of. Your local store manager can help guide you to your neighborhood's offices for obtaining permits.

"Does my building include a warranty?"

Pine Creek Structures heavy-duty buildings are covered by our 6-Year Top-To-Bottom Warranty. These structures we manufacture are warranted for six years from date of installation against defects in material & workmanship. Pine Creek Structures, Inc. at its option may either repair or replace the defect. Bargain corner structures and clearance models marked as-is do not include this warranty. For our Madison Series buildings, the top-to-bottom warranty is only one year.

Many of our building materials are also covered my additional manufacturer's warranties. Buildings and products sold by Pine Creek Structures, but manufactured by other companies are not covered by our top-to-bottom warranty, but may have their own manufacturer's warranties. Visit our Warranty Info webpage for more specific information on all our warranties.

"Where is your closest store?"

Features and Benefits

You may be wondering: "What's the difference between Pine Creek Structures and all the other storage shed companies out there?"

Pine Creek Structures provides high quality structures that are built to last. We’re a family owned and operated, community-oriented company and have been serving the community since 1984... That's over 35 years of building and perfecting our structures! Take a look here at how our structures compare to the competition.

Pine Creek Structures uses:

The Others use:

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - quality kiln dried lumber

The highest quality kiln dried lumber on the market (No cracking, twisting, or bowing)

Lower quality lumber that has not been properly dried will crack, twist, or bow as it dries out. Improperly dried wood will also grow mold and fungus.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - double studded top wall plates and interlocking corners

Double plated top wall plates with double studded, interlocking corners in wall framing

Single-studded corners. Single-plated top wall plates. Wall plates are butted together and toe-nailed.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - All structural components fastened with nails, not staples

Nails fasten all structural components on heavy duty buildings

Many others use staples, which are less reliable.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - LP Smart Floor - 5/8'' coated engineered floor sheeting with zinc borate treatment

Pressure-treated floor joists

5/8'' coated engineered floor sheeting

Regular kiln-dried 2x4 floor joists, which rot easier than pressure treated joists.

Regular plywood or OSB floor sheeting with no manufacturer's warranties.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - Fiberglass Doors

Fiberglass entry doors (standard on vinyl buildings)

Wood doors covered with vinyl siding or a steel entry door. Steel entry doors are very easy to dent and scratches are virtually impossibly to cover. They also have exposed wood on the sides, which will rot eventually.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - Stainless steel piano and but hingesStainless steel butt hinges on fiberglass doors and piano hinges on wood doors

Steel T-hinges that are screwed to the face of the door. These hinges aren't as strong as butt or piano hinges and will eventually run rust streaks down over the face of your door. They also make it easier for others to break into your shed!

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - double bent aluminum trim

Aluminum trim with double-bent edges with beautiful woodgrain vinyl-coating

Flat painted aluminum trim with no bends, which means no protection against buckling.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - shingles installed with nails and extend beyond drip edge

Shingles installed with nails and shingle cuts extend beyond the drip edge.

Many others install shingles with staples. Shingles installed with nails have a much better holding power and a greater wind resistance.

If shingles don't extend beyond the drip edge, rain and snow runs directly onto your siding. This ages it much faster.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - Lifetime shingle warranty

Lifetime manufacturer warranted architectural shingles

Others commonly use three-tab shingles with only a 25 or 30 year warranty. Some use architectural shingles with even lesser sealing qualities, meaning lesser warranties and quality of shingles.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - lifetime quality vinyl siding

Lifetime manufacturer warranted vinyl siding made from 100% Virgin PVC with no additives for fillers

Many vinyl sidings on the market use fillers such as sand or other by-products to reduce the amount of resins needed to make the siding. This is why many vinyl sidings fade after installation.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits - 6-year top-to-bottom warranty

6-Year Top-To-Bottom Warranty on all standard heavy duty buildings

2-4 year warranties or no warranties at all.

Pine Creek Structures storage sheds features and benefits -

We offer delivery with our Shed Mule. Save money instead of paying extra to build on site. It can get your building into that tight squeeze with ease.

Venting Options

Help your building breathe by adding a venting option and allow air to circulate. This also lets excess heat escape in the summer. You can feel a big difference in temperature in a shed with venting compared to one without venting. Ridge Vents are especially good for reducing heat because heat naturally rises and can escape effortlessly.

Vents are also valuable if you plan to use your shed as a workshop or to store lawn mowers. Vents give fumes from things like paint and gas another place to escape.

Your Venting Options:

1. Gable End Vents (standard or wooden arch top)

One installed on each gable end of the structure.
Available in a variety of colors.

2. 10' Ridge Vent (aluminum or shingle-over)

Shingle-over matches shingles on roof.

3. Eave Side Venting

Venting soffit on the entire length of the eave side of your building.

4. Cupola (Wood or Vinyl)

18" Wood cupolas painted to match building (with same shingle color as roof)

18" Vinyl cupolas in white only (with same shingle color as roof).

5. Weather Vane (Rooster or Horse & Buggy)

Add a weather vane to the top of your cupola for added charm.

Shelves, Lofts, Workbenches, and More

Maximize the storage space inside your shed by adding shelves, lofts, a workbench or pegboard.

Lofts help get items you only use a few times a year out of the way so you can access the items you use regularly easier. Organize all your smaller items with ease on shelves. You can even place them exactly where you need them! Add just one shelf to a wall... or two... or even three!

Need a place to work on projects? Add a workbench. Place pegboard behind it to keep all your tools handy, but out of the way and organized. Add pegboard to a wall and hang up rakes, shovels, hoses and more. Find what you need easily instead of digging through the pile in the corner.

The possibilities are endless. You'd be surprised how much more you can store inside your shed just by adding any of these options!

Your options:

Configure them to your specifications!

2. Lofts

Ramps and Diamond Tread Plate

Double doors and garages doors give you plenty of room to get in and out of your structure, but ramps make it even easier! Pine Creek Structures offers ramps for all our standard size doors. Just lay it down, line it up with door, and drive right in. Ramps are the safe option if you or a family member has problems stepping up and down into the building.

We recommend adding diamond tread plate all your building's entrance ways. The metal protects the edge of the floor from wear and tear of entering/exiting the building, especially if you're driving in lawn mowers, ATVs, snowmobiles, automobiles, or other equipment.

Your Options:

1. Standard Wood Ramp

Our standard ramp features a sturdy construction with pressure treated 2x6s. It is crafted to sit even with the 4x4 building runners so the doors can open and close while it is in place. They are 48” long.

Available for 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9 ft wide doors.

Pine Creek Structures storage shed options including pressure-treated wood ramps

2. Movable Ramp System

Each wooden ramp section is easily movable. The shed plate installed at the doorway has two height positions. The lower position allows doors to be opened/closed while the ramps are in place. The upper position gives a smother transition when traveling over, but the doors must remain open. Use just two ramp sections or purchase additional ramp sections to create a full width ramp. Each ramp section is 11” wide and 39” long.

Available for 3, 4, 5, and 6 ft wide doors.

Are you using your shed as a cabin, office building, or in-law quarters? Add a porch to give it that homey feel! Porches can easily be added to the corner or gable end of your structure. Choose from vinyl or wood posts and railing to match your taste.

Adding a gable porch is ideal for weekend getaway cabins! Not only does it give you a place to enjoy the great outdoors, it also creates a loft to use as an extra sleeping area. Just add a ladder and mattress and you're set!

Your Porch and Railing Options:

Check with your local authorities for building codes and regulations before finalizing your order. Many townships also require permits before placing your structures. Here at Pine Creek Structures, we offer FREE delivery for the first 20 miles from the sales location where you purchase the building. After the initial 20 miles, we charge a small fee per mile (depending on the size of your building).

When you place your order, let us know if you're ready for the building right away or not. Make sure to also let us know any other information that will factor into your delivery (Is your yard soft when wet? Are there other obstacles like trees or fences? Do we have to cross your neighbor's property to deliver your structure?). When your structure is ready, our dispatch department will contact you to set up a delivery date. Please note: We do our best to keep delivery appointments, but sometimes things comes up. Deliveries may be delayed due to bad weather, difficult deliveries earlier in the day, or equipment malfunctions. We'll do our best to notify you if any of these issues occur!

- Standard Trailer Delivery -

Pine Creek Structures Delivery Truck with Peak Style Shed on trailer

With our standard delivery, a trailer is backed or pulled into the designated area. The structure is then gently put to the ground using the trailer.

- Shed Delivery Mule -

Ask your local sales rep about the shed delivery mule if you are concerned about property damage caused by the delivery truck and trailer, or tight access where a truck may be unable to go.

The Shed Mule...

  • Minimizes yard damage, even in wet yards.
  • Will go places that are impossible to get to, even with 4-wheel drive
  • Operates on terrain with slopes up to 30 degrees
  • Can make 90 degree turns
  • Moves around obstacles with ease.
  • Can set buildings in places that would otherwise be impossible!

The Mule vs. Standard Delivery Equipment:

  • Approximately 15,000 pounds less weight in your yard.
  • Requires approximately 20'' less height, making it easier to maneuver under overhead obstacles such as wires and tree branches.

- Site Preparation -

One of the most important and overlooked facts when purchasing a storage shed or garage is the need for a good foundation – but what constitutes a ‘good foundation’? At Pine Creek Structures, all of our sheds must be placed on a foundation of a minimum of 3-4 inches of 2B stone. If this minimum requirement is not met, the building’s 6-Year Top To Bottom Warranty is voided. A prepared, level site is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Ask your local sales manager for a list of local contractors to help you in this process. The decision of which contractor to hire (or preparing the site yourself) is ultimately yours. Here are a few factors to note when choosing a contractor (or preparing a site yourself) in preparation for your delivery:

1. A Level Site

This is the MOST important factor. The pad must be perfectly level, square, and without rises or voids over the entire pad. A shed pad that is not level will require blocking in order for doors and windows to open and close properly. These blocks will often tend to sink faster than the rest of the building and your doors and windows will not work properly again over time. A level site becomes more and more critical the larger the building and is especially critical with modular buildings.

2. Material

For the best results, use a 4x4, 4x6, or 6x6 treated wood perimeter. The top of the timbers should be square and level (you may need to step the timbers if your pad is on a grade). Fill this perimeter with crushed 2B stone. A cheaper option is to spread stone on a level base without using timbers. This is an acceptable practice, but will require more maintenance in the long run because the stones will fall away from the side of the building over time. This can then cause your building to no longer sit level.

A concrete pad is also acceptable. If choosing this option, keep the concrete pad as close to ground level as possible. Make sure that the concrete is level. Any rises or voids in the concrete may result in water pooling in areas during/after rain and snow, resulting in rot and decay.

3. Size

The stone pad for the structure should be a minimum of 2 feet longer and 2 feet wider than your structure. For example, if your shed is 10’ x 14’, a prepared site should be 12’ x 16’. This allows proper drainage and keeps vegetation from growing against and ruining your structure. When vegetation is allowed to grow against your building, there is a greater chance of moisture rotting out the bottom of your structure.

4. Access

Ensure there is adequate accessibility to your structure’s site for delivery. Check with your local sales manager on the necessary requirements for getting your specific structure to your site. Make sure to note both the width and height requirements. Allow extra room for equipment to pass through openings (no less than 1 foot clearance). Any obstacles (such as fences, trees, tree limbs, and lawn ornaments) should be removed prior to delivery.

If the delivery truck or structure must cross a neighbor’s property to be delivered, let your local sales manager know prior to scheduling delivery. He/She will give you a form for your neighbor to sign consenting to grant us access on his/her property. If you rent the property where the structure is to be placed, let your local sales manager know prior to scheduling delivery. He/She will give you a form for your landlord to sign consenting to the building being delivered to his/her property.

Frequently Asked Questions:

“What about my township? Do I need a permit? ”
Some townships require a permit for a portable structure. Check with your local authorities for specific requirements prior to scheduling delivery. You are responsible for obtaining any permits required. If your township requires building plans or other details about the structure, contact your local sales manager. Our shed experts will be able to help you obtain information and documents required by your township in most cases.

“Can you check my site? I’m not sure if there’s enough room.”
If needed, yes. Ask your local sales manager about scheduling a site check. You can also bring photos to him/her to examine at the time of purchase or email them to him/her after. If there is not enough room to access the place you would like to have your structure delivered, ask about building it on site.

“It looks level enough to me... That’s OK, right?”
Level to the naked eye and actually being level are not the same. Make sure your prepared site is truly level with no rises or voids. If your building is not placed on a true level site, the doors and windows will not open/close properly or water may pool (increasing the chance of rot).

“You gave me a list of some contractors in the area, but can I just do it myself?”
Ultimately it is your decision. However, we do not recommend preparing your own site without the necessary knowledge, experience, or tools. For modular buildings especially, we highly recommend a professionally prepared site for a successful installation.

Pine Creek Structures & Pine Creek Logistics are NOT responsible for site preparation.
Failing to meet the minimum requirement for a prepared site voids the building‘s 6-Year Top To Bottom Warranty.
This includes (but is not limited to) having the building placed directly onto the ground or setting on blocks.

- Shed Moves -

Are you moving and need to bring your storage shed or garage to your new home? Do you need your shed moved from one area of your yard to an other? Pine Creek can help! We perform shed moves big and small... from in yard to across town to across state lines!

For A Quote: Contact your local retail store manager. Rates vary according to shed size and the moving distance. Let us know both the pick up and drop off locations. We also need to know the size of your shed (including any roof overhangs).

A few additional notes: Structures that are not deemed structurally safe to move will not be moved. To be able to move a structures with our equipment, it must have 4x4 runners (spaced to fit on our trucks). Before our arrival, all possessions should be removed from the buildings. Any obstacles (fences, tree limbs, etc) should also be removed from both the pick up and drop off locations before our arrival.

About Rent To Own

"How does your Rent To Own program work?" It's a question many of our customers are curious about. Our 36-month Rent To Own program makes purchasing the structure you need easy and affordable. Call us crazy, but we offer this option with absolutely no credit check. Good credit, bad credit, no credit... you're approved!

Rent To Own payments are roughly $50/month for every $1000 of the retail price

With affordable monthly payments, you can figure it into your monthly budget instead of worrying about depleting your savings. Our Rent To Own program consists of 36 monthly payments. At the time you purchase your structure, you'll put 2-4 monthly payments down. You can choose to be billed monthly (requiring 3 monthly payments down) or have your monthly payment automatically withdrawn from your bank account or credit card (requiring 2 monthly payments down). Our Rent-To-Own program works out to roughly $50/monthly payment for every $1,000 of retail price. For example: A $2,000 structure would require roughly $100.00/monthly payment with $200.00 (2 payments) down with auto withdraw or $300.00 (3 payments) down with monthly billing. After your 36 payments, you'll be the official owner of the building!

Rent To Own mean your don't have to break the bank

You're probably thinking "There must be more to Rent To Own than that! Is it really that easy?" It really is that easy! When you place your order, the sales manager will fill out a Rent To Own contract with you which explains all the details. If you have any questions, just ask! Your monthly payments will begin once your building is delivered. If you would like to make an extra payment, pay off your structure early, or are having trouble making payments, contact the rent to own program's company directly. The staff will gladly answer your questions and concerns about your account.

There are a few more details you should know... Our Rent To Own program is available for purchases from $1,000.00 to $9,000.00. Certain products may require more than 2-3 monthly payments down. Bargain Corner buildings require 4 monthly payments down. There are also a few products not eligible for our Rent To Own program, such as gazebos, pavilions, horse barns, two-story buildings, modular buildings, cabins (and all buildings to be used as a residence), buildings without a floor. Rent To Own on greenhouses and select animal shelters are limited to purchases where the structure is delivered inside PA and purchased at a PA retail store. Customers who do not make monthly payments will have their structure repossessed. Households with a previous Rent To Own contract where the structure had to be repossessed are not eligible for new Rent To Own contracts. Talk to your local sales manager for all the details!

About Our Financing Programs

"Do you offer financing?"  We hear this question often and the answer is YES! Pine Creek Structures currently offers several financing programs. All financing programs require a credit check, but make your storage shed or garage more affordable for you!

About Our 10.99% Financing Program

calculatorWe are proud to offer this low monthly payment program through GreenSky. This financing option is for 84-months with a 10.99% fixed interest rate. The 7-year term allows for affordable low monthly payments. The best part about this program is that you are not penalized for paying off your loan early! This program is ideal for customers who need financing and want a low monthly payment.

How it works:

Come into your local sales office to talk to a rep about the storage structure of your dreams. Once you have the shed you'd like determined, we'll help you fill out a simple form for GreenSky to run a credit check for financing your structure. You'll receive an approval decision on the spot! If approved, you'll be issued a 'shopping pass' to use to purchase your structure. We'll then process your order and schedule delivery of your new building to your home. While you are enjoying your new building, follow GreenSky's procedures for making your monthly payments until your loan is paid in full (pay online, by phone, or schedule automatic payments to be drafted from your bank account).

Some stores may also offer different financing programs or help guide you towards other financing options.
